Beautify the software with some custom themes, make portable and add some features for detecting and removing trogens, malwares and spy softwares.

Have a portable version that can work on all OS and devices.

clear privacy info for all accounts

Not sure if already implemented: clear privacy info for all accounts past logged accounts, when started from admin account (appropiate for corporate use).

option to select individual files/folder to clean

It would be better if after scanning, I could see the files being cleaned. That way, I could select them individually.

Make the main window resizeable. Or at least shrunk slightly so that the bottom of the window is visible above the taskbar. At the moment, the Facebook and Twitter buttons are hidden behind the taskbar at 1366x768 screen res.
